Deliciously Simple Chocolate Chip Cookies

Soft & Chewy Chocolate Cookies (Gluten Free / Refined Sugar Free / Vegan)

The best 10 minute cookie ever!

Deliciously Simple Chocolate Chip Cookies


  • 1/2 cup tahini

  • 2 tablespoons Almond Butter

  • 1/2 cup Maple Syrup

  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

  • 2 cups Almond Flour (or ground almonds)

  • 1/2 cup roughly chopped chocolate (vegan or dark, depending on preference)


  1. Preheat oven to 3180 degrees celcius and line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper.

  2. In a bowl, combine tahini, almond butter, vanilla and maple syrup. Whisk until combined.

  3. Add almond flour and salt and mix well. Once combined, use wet hands to shape cookies into a ball. Then flatten on baking sheet. They can be close together as they will remain the same size when cooking. Sprinkle on chopped chocolate and lightly press into the top of the cookie.

  4. Bake for 10-15 minutes until golden brown. (Baking shorter will provide chewy cookie and baking longer will provide crunchy cookie). Once cooled, enjoy with a turermic latter or herbal tea.
